Les gènes rapporteurs sont utilisés pour étudier l’expression de gènes dans différents travaux de biologie moléculaire : étude des facteurs de transcription, de l’activité des récepteurs et de la signalisation intracellulaire.

Le système proposé permet de mesurer rapidement dans un prélèvement, l’expression de gènes rapporteurs grâce à la révélation de la Firefly Luciferase par bioluminescence.
